IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
All orders must be processed 24 hours prior to your delivery or pick up date. We always strive to do what we can to assist so if you have missed this cut off please reach out to us with your request in an email and we will do our best to make it work for you.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
All orders within our radius (see FAQ below) must meet a minimum spend of $100 to qualify for free delivery. For orders under $100 within our radius, delivery is an additional $15.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to many of Sydney's north western suburbs. If you are unsure about a delivery to your area please email our team for clarification.
MY ORDER IS RUNNING LATE, WHO DO I CONTACT?
We always allocate plenty of time for our drivers to deliver all orders within the time you have selected. BUT unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays can pop up e.g accidents on the road or bad weather. We’ll always notify you if anything does come up to delay your order and our drivers will do their best to accommodate around unexpected situations.
