IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
All orders must be processed 24 hours prior to your delivery or pick up date. We always strive to do what we can to assist so if you have missed this cut off please reach out to us with your request in an email and we will do our best to make it work for you.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
All orders within our radius (see FAQ below) must meet a minimum spend of $100 to qualify for free delivery. For orders under $100 within our radius, delivery is an additional $15.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to many of Sydney's north western suburbs. If you are unsure about a delivery to your area please email our team for clarification.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE AND OTHER DIETARY FRIENDLY ITEMS?
Yes! All items that can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan are specified within the item description. Please select all dietaries e.g gluten-free bread for your baguettes when adding food items to your order.
I DON’T WANT MY CATERING IN DISPOSABLE PACKAGING. ARE THERE OTHER OPTIONS?
Yes! When placing your order you will see an option to select ‘Presented Packaging’ where we will present, garnish and deliver your catering on our timber boards or platters. Our catering manager will be in touch shortly after placing your order to arrange collection/drop off of these platters after your event. N.B Additional charges will apply if in the case platters are lost, damaged and/or not returned on an arranged date.
PLANS HAVE CHANGED. CAN I CANCEL, REFUND OR RESCHEDULE MY CATERING ORDER?
For any changes to your order (ie dietary requirements, delivery times, etc) please contact our team as soon as possible to amend your order. Should you need to cancel, please contact us for a credit, refund or to reschedule your order to another date. Please note, refunds and rescheduling will not be available within a 24 hour window of your delivery/pick-up time. Please email us if you’d like to cancel or make a change to your order.
THE ONLINE CATERING PAGE IS NOT WORKING, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO PLACE MY ORDER?

MY ORDER IS RUNNING LATE, WHO DO I CONTACT?
We always allocate plenty of time for our drivers to deliver all orders within the time you have selected. BUT unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays can pop up e.g accidents on the road or bad weather. We’ll always notify you if anything does come up to delay your order and our drivers will do their best to accommodate around unexpected situations. If you did wish to contact someone to track your order please don’t hesitate to call our catering manager directly on (02) 8884 2896
